What we store

Your email address, for magic-link sign-in and alerts you asked for.

The companies you save and the checks you run, so limits and alerts work.

Payment records from Stripe: pass status, amount, and dates. Never card or UPI details.

What we never collect

No résumé. No visa or immigration profile. No personal eligibility data. A check reads the job posting, not the applicant — there is nothing about you in a verdict.

No advertising trackers. No sale or sharing of personal data for marketing.

Processors

Stripe processes payments. Our email provider delivers magic links and alerts. Our hosting and database providers store the data described above. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account exists. Email hello@remotejobcheck.com from your account address to delete your account; we remove your email, watchlist, and check history within 30 days. Payment records are retained as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

We set only functional cookies: your sign-in session and a signed price-assignment cookie. No third-party tracking cookies.
